What You’ll Do
Develop and foster relationships with investor group and potential investors
The position champions, develops and implements company-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and employees. Provide financial expertise to enable the successful implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives while maximizing the return on investment.
Create and execute a business plan that is aligned with the property and brand’s business strategy and focuses on the execution of financial and accounting activities and the delivery of desirable financial results.
Manages investment process and procedural requirements.
Required Skills
Develops means to improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit, exploring new business opportunities, etc.
Analyzes information, forecasts sales against expenses and creates annual budget plans.
Compiles information, analyzes and monitors actual sales against projected sales.
Analyzes differences between actual budget wages and forecasted wages for more efficient budget planning.

Oversees internal, external and regulatory audit processes.
Conducts annual performance appraisals with direct reports according to Standard Operating Procedures.

Anticipating and Delivering on the Needs of Investors

Attends meetings and communicating with the investors, understanding the priorities and strategic focus.

Manages company & property working capital and cash flow in accordance with brand SOPs and investor requirements.
Facilitates critique meetings to review information with management team.

Managing Projects and Policies

Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.

Reconciles balance sheet to ensure account balances are supported by appropriate documentation in accordance with SOPs.

Ensures that the P&L is accurate (e.g., costs are properly matched to revenue, costs are recorded in the proper accounts).

Ensures compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Operations & Business Development Manager

Required Skills

4+ years of relevant work experience in hospitality industry

Proven results in prior operational or business development roles.

Analytical and data savvy operator.

Technical knowledge of tracking, tooling and experiment design and implementation.

Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate with internal and external customers

Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills being able to effectively lead and manage a team

Marketing Manager


Miami Based

Responsible for driving brand goals by planning & delivering offline and digital media strategies.

This role utilizes a strong analytical background with a passion for executing scalable media strategies.

What You’ll Do

Build and execute the company wide marketing plan including traditional and digital media based on the audience and content strategy of our marketing campaigns.

Manage budget and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency for owned programs; including technical setup and analysis of results.

Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization to exceed aggressive company goals; utilize a strong background in experiment design and evaluation.

Research and evaluate growth opportunities, prioritize most impactful projects, and evaluate engineering and data science technical requirements for projects.

Be an end-to-end channel owner which includes tracking, measurement, attribution, optimization, reporting and automation across both web and apps.

Create and develop brand standards and ensure they are being met both internally and externally.

Create and continually update all company copy and external communication.

Identify brand partners and establish working relationships, event programming and campaigns that support the overall marketing strategy

Ensure distribution channels and selling platforms align with branding standards

Required Skills

2-4 years of relevant work experience.

Proven results in growth and/or brand marketing across traditional, social, digital and programmatic media.

Analytical and data savvy marketer.

Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced functions), Facebook PowerEditor (or FMP), Google Ads & SEO

Technical knowledge of tracking, tooling and experiment design and implementation.

Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate impact  

Previous relationships/interactions with key vendors and partners.

Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
